BCL delivers services to individuals with primary diagnosis of learning disability. Our trained staff are passionate about empowering people by helping them build daily living skills, form meaningful relationships, grow in confidence, and take an active role in shaping their own care and support—whether in our residential services or supported living schemes.

We prioritise inclusion in every support pathway, ensuring meaningful engagement that enables each individual to live a happy, fulfilling, and active life.

It is a condition that affects how a person learns and processes information. It’s a lifelong condition that can impact intellectual ability and makes it harder for someone to carry out everyday tasks, understand new or complex information, and develop new skills.

Autism is often referred to as a “hidden disability” because it is not immediately visible, making it difficult to identify when someone has the condition. It can affect individuals from all backgrounds, races, and ethnicities, though more males are diagnosed than females. Many people may not even realize they are autistic, and there is no single test that can definitively diagnose autism. By increasing awareness and understanding of autism, we can positively impact lives.

BCL is committed to offering personalized support to individuals with mental health needs. Our trained staff assist clients with medication management, daily living activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry, as well as help with grocery shopping and meal planning.
